Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, log in to your account at account.shopzenithliving.com to submit a return request, or contact us directly at returns@shopzenithliving.com.

Return Shipping Fees: For returns due to customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind or the item doesn't fit your space), the customer is responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. For returns due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Shop Zenith Living will provide a pre-paid return shipping label, and the customer will incur no cost. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to drop off your package, or instructions to coordinate a freight pickup for oversized furniture items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on gift cards, custom/made-to-order products, or mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging (for hygiene reasons). Final sale or clearance items explicitly marked as 'Non-Returnable' at the time of purchase are also exempt from returns.

Restocking Fees: Shop Zenith Living does charge a 15% restocking fee for returned items.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it using the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
