Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unassembled, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log in to your account at account.shopzenithliving.com to submit a return request, or contact us directly at returns@shopzenithliving.com.
If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs for large furniture items are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging (for hygiene reasons).
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it using the process above and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@shopzenithliving.com.
