Thank you for shopping at Zenith Living. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a few additional days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days after processing. Large items such as bed frames, adjustable bases, mattresses, and sectional sofas ship via freight carrier and may require scheduling a delivery appointment. Freight delivery times may vary by location.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order ships. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of receipt.

International Orders — Customs, Duties & Taxes

We ship to 28 countries. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@shopzenithliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your packaging. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly — please do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
